Well .....

Well today I hope to can my tomatoes. I'm really doing this for me it is a way to keep up with my exercising and weight loss.So I started monday on my journey to lose weight like so many times before. But this time I'm going to do it .. I am trying to keep up with everything I eat and I am exercising at least 6 times a week. I go to the gym 3 days and walk on the treadmill 3 times and anything else I do is a bonus.I am so tired of being fat that I am ready to change. well thats all for now I will write again later !!
